App Support Logs

Learn how to send app logs for support.

Motivation

I am experiencing a problem and must send additional information to Sentera Support.


Requirements

You must have an internet connection, either cellular or WiFi.


Steps

From the Home Screen:

  1. Tap on the Settings gear button on the top right.

  2. Scroll down to Support & FAQs and tap it.

  3. Tap on Email Support.

  4. Enter any additional information in the body of the email.

  5. Tap the Send button on the top right.

Your logs will now be sent to Sentera Support.

Unable to Open Mail

Mail not configured

If you receive an error that Mail is not configured, then you can either:


Touch and hold is a gesture where you touch down and hold until an action is performed.

Send App Logs Manually

  1. Open the Files app.

  2. Tap on Browse at the bottom right.

  3. Tap on On My iPad/iPhone.

  4. Tap on FieldAgent.

  5. Touch and hold the applogs folder.

  6. Tap on Compress.

  7. Find the applogs.zip file.

  8. Touch and hold the applogs.zip file.

  9. Tap on the Share option.

You can now share the archive with any app you want.

Emailing [email protected] is always a good option.
