I am experiencing a problem and must send additional information to Sentera Support.
You must have an internet connection, either cellular or WiFi.
From the Home Screen:
Tap on the Settings gear button on the top right.
Scroll down to Support & FAQs and tap it.
Tap on Email Support.
Enter any additional information in the body of the email.
Tap the Send button on the top right.
Your logs will now be sent to Sentera Support.
If you receive an error that Mail is not configured, then you can either:
Add an email account to your Apple Device
Send App Logs Manually to Sentera Support
Touch and hold is a gesture where you touch down and hold until an action is performed.
Open the Files app.
Tap on Browse at the bottom right.
Tap on On My iPad/iPhone.
Tap on FieldAgent.
Touch and hold the applogs
folder.
Tap on Compress.
Find the applogs.zip
file.
Touch and hold the applogs.zip
file.
Tap on the Share option.
You can now share the archive with any app you want.
Emailing support@sentera.com is always a good option.
