Post Processing in Pix4D Mapper

Create a New Project

Click New project to begin the process.

Name the project and choose where to create it. Then click Next.

Import Imagery

Click Add Directory and navigate to the session folder of your flight.

Begin by selecting the subfolder for a band of the 6X Sensor, and click Select Folder.

Images from the selected band have imported. Repeat this process by clicking Add Directory and selecting the folder for the next band of the 6X. Continue until you have imported all 6 folders.

Click Next when you have finished selected your imagery.

Processing Options

Verify your coordinate system and number of images. Then click Next.

Verify your Output Coordinate System, then click Next.

Select Ag RGB from the Advanced Processing Options Template menu. Then click Finish.

Click Processing Options.

Click 3. DSM, Orthomosaic and Index to edit the orthomosaic settings.

Ensure that the GeoTIFF and Merge Tile options, in the Orthomosaic section, are toggled on, as shown below. Then click OK.

Select Options 1 and 3 on the left, if only an orthomosaic is needed. If a Digital Surface Model (DSM) is needed, select the GeoTIFF setting under Raster DSM in Option 3 and run Options 1, 2, and 3.

Start Processing

Click Start to begin processing.

Your Orthomosaic generates and displays in the Mosaic Editor tab
