# Variants

There are two variants of the sensor: 6X and 6X Thermal. The 6X contains five monochrome channels and an RGB channel. The 6X Thermal contains four monochrome channels, an RGB channel, and a thermal channel.&#x20;

## What's The Difference?

For the 6X Thermal & Thermal Pro, the blue band monochrome imager is removed and replaced with the FLIR Boson imager. See more on the specifications page.
