Images not saving to MicroSD card on Mavic 3 Enterprise Drone
Mavic 3 Enterprise drone's will save the images on the microsd card on the drone, if there is no microsd card in the drone it will not save images. The microSD card needs to be U3 card from 32 GB to 512 GB, see tested recommended microSD cards on DJI website, see link below.

Warning: make sure you backup data that might be on microSD card before formatting it.
Also, if the microSD card is not formatted click on the settings icon
in the top right corner. Then click on the three dots
and scroll down to format sd card and click on button. The microSD card should be formatted for use on the drone after clicking button.
In addition, If you want the microSD card data on the drone to be stored in the album in DJI Pilot 2 on your account. At the main screen you can click into album, select the photo(s) or video(s) that you want to download onto the controller (drone needs to be turned on to see the image(s) and video(s) ) and select them then click on download. It will then download to the album if needed, i.e., it will save the images onto the microSD card or internal storage on the controller.
