# Sentera RTK Base Station

## Base Station Disconnected

When using the Sentera Base Station utility in the app, ensure the following:

* You must have an ethernet adapter for your Apple mobile device.
* You must have the base station powered on and connected.
* You must have the ethernet settings [configured](/home/fieldagent-mobile-ios/60-second-guides/sentera-rtk-calibration.md#first-time-setup) correctly.
* When prompted, you must allow Local Network access.

You can check Local Network permissions under iOS Settings -> FieldAgent.
