### Setup Base Station&#x20;

Set the base station up in a location with a clear view of the sky.\
\
Do not place under or directly next to:

* Trees
* Buildings
* Large metal objects
* Tailgates

### Power On&#x20;

Hold the power button to turn the base station on.

### Survey Location&#x20;

Select whether to use Self-Survey or Known Location for the survey location, then update the reference position.&#x20;

### Verify Status

Verify the status of the base station in its application or web interface&#x20;

### Verify Logging (PPK ONLY)

Verify in the base station's application or web interface that the base station is logging PPK data.

### Verify Antenna is mounted (RTK ONLY)

Verify that the Antenna is mounted on the drone.&#x20;

### Verify Radio Connection (RTK ONLY)

Verify that the Antenna is mounted on the drone, and the Sentera ground radio RSSI status lights are either scrolling green (searching for air radio) or solid green (connected to air radio).&#x20;
