# Sentera Ground Radio

The Sentera Ground Radio is used for RTK workflows to send corrections data to the module in. Use of the ground radio requires the 915 MHz antenna to be mounted on your drone.

{% hint style="info" %}
RTK workflows using the NTRIP client built into Inspired Ground Control uses the aircraft data link to send the corrections data to the module and the Sentera Ground Radio and antenna are not required.
{% endhint %}

## Configuration

No configuration is required for the Sentera Ground Radio.

The ground radio is pre-programmed to be matched with the RTK-PPK module that it came with. The Net ID of the radio can be found on a small label on both the module and the radio.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The ground radio and module are a matched pair and can not be interchanged between multiple units.

The ground radio is not user or field programmable and can not be changed to match a different unit.

## Mounting Information

The Sentera Ground Radio has an integrated magnet on the back side of the housing. This is useful for sticking the radio to mounting surfaces.

The radio also has a 1/4"-20 thread on the back side of the housing that can be used to rigidly mount the radio as needed.

## Best Practices

* Place the radio in a location with a clear view of the sky.
* Do not place directly next to, adjacent, underneath or behind large objects that can block the radio signal
