### Set Up & Power On R980 Base Station

Assemble the R980 base station per manufacturer instruction.&#x20;

Determine base station fix type to use and update Reference Position:

* Self-Survey for **Relative Accuracy**
* Known location or built in NTRIP for **Global Accuracy**

### Verify PPK Data Logging

Verify the R980 is logging position data.

### Power Up Aircraft&#x20;

Power the aircraft on per manufacturer instruction.&#x20;

### Verify Session Start & Fix Type

Wait for the sensor to boot and start a session. The session start on the sensor is indicated by the LEDs on the sensor being solid green.&#x20;

Verify the GPS fix type using the external LED on the module or use the camera indicator icon in the upper right-hand corner of IGC.&#x20;

### Collect Base Data

Collect/download the base data from the R980 for the appropriate time period that the flight took place.&#x20;

Offload the data and PPK files from the sensor.&#x20;

Use a PPK processing software to merge the data from the module/sensor with the base data and generate a PPK solution.&#x20;

Use the PPK software to update the imagery tags and then process the data for stitching.&#x20;
