# Phantom 4 Multispectral

## Before Starting

## Instructions

1. Power on the drone and remote controller.&#x20;
2. Place the reflectance panel in an open and unobstructed area.
3. Connect your iPad to the remote controller and open the DJI GS Pro app on the iPad.
4. In the DJI GS Pro app Press the "My Missions" button.

5. Press the drone icon

6. Press the camera view.

7. Press the three line icon to open the image settings panel. Ensure that the camera is set to Auto.

8. Pick up aircraft and hold at waist height over calibration panel.
   * **Ensure aircraft is not shadowing the reflectance panel.**
9. Press the image capture button on the remote controller or in the DJI GS Pro app to take the calibration photo.
10. Set down the aircraft and pick up the panel.

## Modification of Calibration Image Name before upload into FieldAgent

In order for FieldAgent to realize there are calibration photo's from DJI sensor when uploading the following has to be done.

1. Click on File Explorer
2. Rename the files to have "CAL\_XXXX", see example below.

3. Navigate to each band and modify the calibration photo's.
4. Verify that calibration panel photo's were imported, i.e., When importing it should show in FieldAgent Desktop under survey details how many calibration panel photo's were imported. You will need to click on the arrow by where it says the how many images in the survey, it will then show the survey details.

## Importing data into Pix4D

If you are importing the calibration photo's into Pix4D you will need to add the following coefficients in order to correct the images, see below.
