Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the variations of the High-Precision Single Sensor?
The High-Precision Single Sensor comes in two variations: Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) Normalized Difference Red Edge (NDRE) These are two different vegetative indices that capture different bands of light to quantify vegetation. NDVI uses a combination of visible red light and near-infrared (NIR) light, which NDRE uses NIR light and the Red Edge.
