Known Issues and Resolutions
Unable to generate a flight plan
Tasks can fail to create a flight plan.
Reasons
You tap on Fly Now, but your equipment says it is unsupported.
"Contract Defined" products can result in:
Solution
From your Flight Task details:
Tap on the Field item.
Swipe to fly on the field boundary.
Enter your flight parameters.
Your flight Plan is now ready.
Local Network Permissions
For Wireless Flight Plan Transfer, FieldAgent Mobile must have Local Network permissions.
Open Settings on your iOS Device.
Navigate to the Apps section, usually at the bottom.
Select FieldAgent.
Ensure that the Local Network setting is enabled.
