Known Issues and Resolutions

Base Station Disconnected

When using the Sentera Base Station utility in the app, ensure the following:

  • You must have an ethernet adapter for your Apple mobile device.

  • You must have the base station powered on and connected.

  • You must have the ethernet settings configured correctly.

  • When prompted, you must allow Local Network access.

You can check Local Network permissions under iOS Settings -> FieldAgent.

Local Network must be toggled on.
