Sentera Camera

My Sentera camera is not snapping photos or capturing data correctly.

This page includes troubleshooting for the following Sentera cameras:

Always wait for the green light to appear before you attempt to takeoff.

  • Always wait for the camera to turn green and have a GPS connection.

  • Check the SD Cards section of the guide.

  • If your camera has a lens cover then it must be removed before flight.

  • Check that the SD card has space and is not write-locked.

  • You need to slow down your flight plan so that you do not exceed the hardware's maximum capture rate. Slower flights allow longer times between photo capture intervals.

If you are using the app to execute the mission, then keep FieldAgent Mobile in the foreground.

If you are using DJI Pilot 2 on Drone's RC, the app does not need to be running.
